Sonia Barrera
Founder and Principal Consultant
Sonia spent 34 years at Johnson & Johnson, retiring as Senior Director of Program Delivery. Her career moved through IT, Automation, and Validation, delivering global business and infrastructure support to manufacturing plants and distribution centers.
She led the WAN and communications recovery after Hurricane María and directed complex, high stakes technology programs across the organization. Colleagues know her for building strong international teams and developing the people on them.
